There are Six (6) important public notices you need to publish in your local newspaper before the start of the new school term:

Public Notice of Rights under the Family Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA)

Public Notice of Rights under the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA)
Please Note: Form #7 below MUST be published prior to a district conducting student surveys, collection and use of information for marketing purposes and certain physical exams protected by the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA).
